Affiliates may promote Herbal King products using approved marketing methods such as websites, blogs, social media platforms, or personal referrals.

Affiliates must not:

Use misleading or false claims
Spam customers or communities
Promote illegal, offensive, or harmful content
Impersonate Herbal King or represent themselves as official company employees

4. Commissions

Affiliates may earn commissions based on successful qualifying purchases generated through their referral links or promotional activities.

Commission structures, rates, and payout conditions may change at Herbal King’s discretion without prior notice.

5. Payments

Affiliate payouts will be processed according to the payout schedule determined by Herbal King, subject to minimum payout thresholds and successful verification of referral transactions.

Herbal King reserves the right to withhold commissions related to canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or disputed transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved Herbal King branding materials solely for affiliate promotion purposes. Unauthorized modification or misuse of logos, images, or brand assets is prohibited.

7. Termination

Herbal King reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activities, abuse of the program, or actions that may harm the Herbal King brand or reputation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Herbal King shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

9. Changes to Affiliate Terms

Herbal King reserves the right to modify or update these Affiliate Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in West Bengal, India.
