6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear videos as proof

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package as proof of the issue. The video must clearly show the package condition and the product inside. Returns or refunds will only be approved after verification of the video evidence. Products that have been used, partially used, opened, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. We reserve the right to reject any return request submitted without proper proof or if the product is found to be used or damaged after delivery by the customer.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error from Herbal King such as damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
